*Early Careers participants must be under 35 years old at the time of the beginning of the Assembly. A copy of ID or passport must be submitted to be eligible.

**Retirees must have retired at the time of registration and submit proof of retirement to be eligible.

***Students must be registered at a tertiary institute at the time of registration and submit a copy of student ID to be eligible.

Online registration will close on Monday, July 27th, 2026 at 09:00 CEST.
After this date only onsite registration will be possible.

Payments

The payment of the registration fee can be done as follows:

  • BY CREDIT CARD. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

Payments by bank transfer will be possible until Wednesday, July 15, 2026. From Thursday, July 16, 2026 only credit card payment will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 50 Euro administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before June 17, 2025. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold it

In the unlikely case that the COSPAR 2026 CONGRESS cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
