Volunteering Opportunities at the
COSPAR 2026 Scientific Assembly
Students, PhD candidates, and early-career researchers under the age of 35 are invited to apply as volunteers for the COSPAR 2026 Scientific Assembly. Volunteers will support conference activities by providing logistical information to participants, assisting with poster sessions, helping at the registration desk and at the Speaker Preview Room as needed. This is a valuable opportunity to gain experience in an international scientific conference and to engage with the COSPAR community. Selected volunteers will receive a Certificate of Participation recognizing their valuable contribution, awarded at the end of the Scientific Assembly, and will benefit from waived conference registration fees.
Please note that additional grants for travel and accommodation are not available.
The number of volunteers is limited, and it will be assigned based on an evaluation by the LOC and on a first served basis.
