Amerigo Vespucci Airport – Florence
Florence Airport is only 4 km from the city center and is well-connected to various European hubs. Visitors can reach the city center from the airport in just 20 minutes using the tramway T2 for only € 1,70.

Pisa Airport is located about 1 km from the Pisa Centrale railway station and is connected by the People Mover shuttle bus. Florence is about 1 hour away by train.

Via the Bologna Airport, you can reach Florence within half an hour by taking one of the high speed trains that are connecting Bologna and Florence.

Firenze Santa Maria Novella is the main station in Florence and is located in the city center. It is a major transport hub on the Milan-Naples line and well connected to major Italian cities by high-speed train.

Florence is centrally located along the major north-south motorways.
From A1-highway take the “Firenze Sud” or the “Firenze Nord” exit depending on your travel itinerary, then follow the signs for “Centro”. Paid parking is available around the Congress area.

You can also park at Villa Costanza when arriving from the A1 motorway – the first Drive & Tramway system in Italy – without exiting from the motorway. From there, the tramway will take you to the city center in a few minutes. https://parcheggiovillacostanza.it/en/
